I need to return for the next size bigger however they don't answer the phone or make it easy to contact them electronically, and I am certain the 15 day window will expire by the time I am somehow able to reach them

I ordered 1 size up and need to exchange for 2 sizes bigger. I am wearing them over G-Defy Energia and G-Defy Ion styles of shoes. I will request to exchange.
